that need to be understood in order to truly enjoy. This page is set up to
assist parents and fans develop a better understanding of the sport as well as the
expectations of the athletes as well as parents. In addition, the team has

Code of Ethics -
The
function of the Elite Wrestling Code Of Ethics
is to promote team unity, good sportsmanship, instill
discipline, a positive attitude and lead by example.
This Code provides for the overall expectations of all participants.

Youth Wrestling Guide

USA Wrestling has published its Second Edition
of Parent's Guide to Youth Wrestling. This guide is a useful read for
better understanding the sport.
Weight Classes -
In order to accommodate the varying
levels of skills and experience, kids are paired up with other kids based on
their age, weight, and experience. This is a link to the Western Suburban
League age and weight classes.
Singlet Buyback
Guidelines - The Elite Youth
Wrestling club has established a buy back policy of gently used singlets.
This link provides a description of that policy.
Facebook
- Kids and parents registered with the
club and their families can track the club on the Elite Youth Wrestling site
on Facebook. All members of the group are encouraged to join and
contribute videos, photos, and provide helpful links. This site will
be used to communicate information about fundraisers and practice
cancellations due to weather.

reading materials and websites. This information will be compiled and
